Professional development

TagForward provides education, mentoring structure, peer learning, and professional-development activities. It does not guarantee employment, promotion, compensation, immigration outcomes, or any other specific career result.

Applications and enrollment

Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance. Program scope, schedule, pricing, payment terms, cancellation terms, and participant expectations will be confirmed before enrollment and payment.

Participant responsibility

Participants remain responsible for their decisions and conduct. They must not disclose confidential, proprietary, personal, or restricted information belonging to an employer, client, colleague, or other person.

Respectful participation

Participants, mentors, and partners are expected to communicate respectfully, protect privacy, provide feedback constructively, and avoid harassment, discrimination, or misuse of the community.

Content and materials

TagForward program materials may be used for personal professional development unless a separate agreement permits broader use. Participants retain ownership of their original work, subject to any obligations they have to employers or other parties.

Changes

TagForward may update the website, programs, or these terms as the company develops. The applicable program details will be those accepted at enrollment.
